10.4 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

I ended up not exercising yesterday. It's the 2nd day I put it off, so I really can't miss it today.

And I also really have to start doing aerobic exercise in the intermediate days.
58.8 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
