After a minimal weight gain yesterday, I dropped another 600 grams today. I am now completely comfortable with the gains, as long as I know that I followed my program right... I know that it is just water, and many other things that affect it, and that I am losing inches anyways. Life is good.
143.5 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 58.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
