Back on track. Ate 1 nectarine, 4 cherries, 1.5 cups watermelon, and 2 cups vegetable curry soup [ cabbage, squash, sweet potato, carrots & fresh spices]. No longer get strong hunger issues and feel full after eating about 1/3 of what I used too. Same supplements etc.. Added hip targeted exercises to routine and lower body stretches.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
