Yes, my weight has gone up since the challenge started. TOM week, what else can I say? I have been pretty much on-track food & exercise wise, so trying not to get discouraged.
44.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nah, don't get discouraged. I'm sure there are others on this site who know what our bodies are doing during TOM and why you gained in spite of staying on-track ... but I'm not one of them, lol. :)
