Garden work for two hours this morning before breakfast. Surprised me to see 178.5 on the scales afterwards. I must have sweated off a couple of pounds -- that kind of morning. Predicted to be 95 degrees today but will feel like more. Glad to get my garden in shape before the worst heat.
Battery needs replacing in my glucose monitor so couldn't check fasting blood sugar. We walked our mile last night -- pleasant evening. I was tired when we reached our turn around point but I managed to walk just a little further, and still able to make it back home - with several rest pauses. I'm determined to walk from our house to the county road (.6 of mile) and back by next week.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
