I fell of the wagon :( It took me a while to write this cause I worked so hard, and even though it’s not an excuse this damn quarantine didn’t help being at home all the time but I’ve started losing weight again I was at 250 lost 3 lbs we just have to get back on the horse and ride!!!
112.0 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
