Day 5: Ate my first solid food last night. Didn't take long to feel the pressure. I could actually feel each bite hit my stomach, lol. I ate slowly, mostly because I was also dealing with a malfunctioning freezer at that very moment! UGH Certainly didn't get to enjoy that meal like I wanted to. Feel better energy wise, this morning anyway!! I waited a full 30 minutes to drink anything...which even after an hour was still feeling that full feeling and not wanting to guzzle!
79.1 kg Lost so far: 100.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
