😀😃😁 Not only am I down from yesterday, but I hit my pre vacation weight from the end of May. So, Yay!

We did join our friends at one of our local Wineries for a couple of hours yesterday. They were running late so we decided to run into Walmart first then join them. Right about the time we arrived it started raining, so we didn't get to enjoy the music. The singer stopped performing. Our friends had found seats away from the crowd under a large sunshade...that ended up shielding us from the rain but it wasn't totally waterproof. We may have gotten a little damp 😐 but no worries.....we still enjoyed visiting & having a couple of glasses of wine.

The sun is shining brightly today & sitting out on the deck I'm enjoying the multitudes of birds in the trees twittering & singing away. I spotted a cardinal, some wrens, hummingbirds & heard a woodpecker. The wrens are busy feeding their babies in the birdhouse. They are easy to watch from the kitchen table. I've spotted at least 3 babies 🐤 🐥🐤. The cardinal mama is still sitting on the eggs out front. They're harder to see...the leaves are shielding the nest from view.

We had a simple dinner of Kale salad...I added tomato, cucumber & some chunks of cheese....and slices of the Rotisserie chicken. I just may have had a second helping of the chicken 🙄 There was lots of the white breast meat. Even so, my calories came in around 1800 yesterday....no biggie. I think I'm going to up my daily calories to 1800 from 1700 next week. I haven't been really strict...just using if as a guideline when logging.

No special plans today. I think dinner is going to be Tilapia.

64.8 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
