Another "weigh-in" but not really a weigh-in. Just updating challenge progress. I would be really happy if I'm still at 149, but I really doubt it.
67.7 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
