9.5 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

I have been neglecting aerobic exercise... Tomorrow I'm gonna do some weight training and I'll see if I don't forget to restart it the day after
59.3 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
