Yea back on track. 200 cals. Yesterday; Only ate watermelon and a about 5 chicken gizzards. 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 4 oz. aloe vera juice and vitamin supplements. 20 push ups, 50 sit ups, no treadmill.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
