I gave up dairy two weeks ago because my trainer suspected that I might have a sensitivity that interferes with weight loss. It looks like this is probably true because not only have I lost some weight, but my skin is clear and smooth. So it looks like cheese and I are going to have to break up for good. It’s my favorite food but it has to go. And I’m okay with that.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
