today I feel exhausted so my meals will go above my recommendation. But I feel like my body needs a pick me up from this week's backyard social distancing get-togethers. beginning to realize that beer has way to many calories, something I never really thought about before.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
