ate over my goal this weekend but not by much. i visited my boyfriends family and his mom and grandma made us tasty mexican food so i ate a little more cals than normal from that and then we had a pizza party for father's day but i feel pretty good about not eating too much either day considering. both events had dessert but i just shared with my boyfriend so just enjoyed a few bites so it was nice to participate and celebrate but not go crazy on cals.

a little gain the last couple days but my period is in a few days so it's prob from that :)
99.0 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
