Yep, saw this little gain coming. I went to my sis’s yesterday to help her with some home remodeling and she provided a delicious cheeses board which included baked Brie wrapped in croissant rolls. It paired deliciously with the red wine! So, yea, this little gain was predicted, lol!
69.5 kg Lost so far: 14.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
