Well, no extra weight loss. Did same work-out as the day before. Ate 7 stalks celery, 1 whole zucchini shredded into noodle form with 1 cup of home made pasta sauce [ diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, garlic, light sprinkle of asiago cheese and spices and olive oil. Made about 2/3 gallon of pasta sauce guess I will be using that as a topping for a while] Same regiment as before of eating 1 grapefruit a day with sugar free green tea-ginger-lemon juice, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, also 0 cal. 4oz. of aloe vera juice. Figuring about 320 calorie intake for the day. Will repeat all today, with exception of switching shredded zucchini for chunks of cauliflower. Feeling good.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
