Yey! My lowest weight in 5 years!!! Haven’t sen this number in awhile! Now.. to keep moving forward! Of course today I’m going to my sis’s and we are having a cheeses platter and wine... so.....😁

69.2 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
