Doing a "weigh-in" today to update my challenge progress, but I haven't actually gotten a chance to weigh myself. I'll update it later. Crossing my fingers for a loss. I've been pretty good.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
