Weighed in at 218lbs. Did 31 sit ups last night, no aerobics. Will eat only 1 grapefruit for lunch & zucchini noodle and home made spaghetti sauce for dinner. Probably about 500 calories for the day.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
