Fasting BG up a little 112. Had a hard time falling asleep last night so don’t feel fully rested. Maybe I can get a nap in today 😴 doubtful but one can only hope! I hope everyone has a happy Wednesday!
59.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep hoping for naps! It's hard I've started adding sleep to my daily journal & It's kind of helped. Also reading Dr. Gundry's chapter about sleep and cleaning out glial cells, and keeping your brain dendrites from cutting off, and making sure you stop eating 3 hrs before sleep so bloodflow can finish digesting food, and start cleaning my brain, blah blah. Easier said than done tho
