I was thinking about my blips in weight are similar to an inverse relationship to my emotions. With every low mood there is always the ‘knowing’ that happiness/highs are soon to follow. I find in my life style process with IF, blips happen for no apparent reason on my weekly charting. Some low, some high (like today)- but the knowing that the 2lbs are on a downward trend and they might not show tomorrow keeps me happy- kind to myself.
Hiking/ Road bike riding with daughter in the cards for today. If the rain stops us- we have the gym.
Yes! Our gym just opened with swimming pool also soon to open!!!
Barbecued ribs, broccoli with cheese sauce, corn pudding and brownies are on the menu for OMAD with entire family tonight!
67.2 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

Sounds like you have charted a really nice day for yourself! Certainly how one feels can affect our choices in general including food choices.
