This is my first diet plan selection on FS. I will basically use a combo of bill phillips' Body for Life (B4L) regarding exercise and free day but with a focus on protein, water, and vege intake.
109.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 51.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
