Hmmm.... ate bad the past two evenings and down each day. No bad food today. NONE! Although I am meeting a friend for b-day drinks...her b-day. I'll just have a couple beers and that's it. OR...raspberry vodka w/diet sprite. Low-sugar and low-cal.
