I want to try not to weigh myself at all until next Friday after my walk in the morning. I usually do about 3 miles. June 19, 2020 hoping to be at least 150 lbs. Wish me luck!
70.2 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
