Just after a 3 week underway. I ate a flour less diet. Do think it was so much the carbs, but that I wasn't able to eat all the desserts that I typically craved.

Cookies, cakes, brownies, cinnamon rolls, etc
94.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
