Ugh. I’m so bummed. The scale doesn’t show the hard work I’ve put in. Not even a little! I’ve lost over two inches on my waist and even fit into jeans that I could barely get over my thighs, let alone button- but the scale seems to move ever up in the most frustrating pattern...
55.2 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
