Thanks quarantine :) I think it’s a result of being sedentary + stress of everything. I could exercise at home, but it really isn’t the same as getting outdoors and at the gym, so I’m going to try and be more active as I am now able to.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

I set 2 or 3 things that I want to get done in a day chore whise and it seems to be helping. i have been able to get all or more of my steps in that way.
