Weigh In Wednesday!
My weight today is nearly identical to last Wednesday, just a micro drop. I'm not surprised or disappointed. My activity level was much lower for most of the week and I temporarily increased my daily caloric intake at the same time. I'm happily back to my usual calories and activity this week! Here's my weigh in from today and my graph for the week of 5/27-6/3.
68.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
