Day 17 of lectin free WOE!

Joined the Plant Paradox 30 day Challenge FB group last night.

Read some interesting side effects of this "diet", some good but some strange. It's good to find a place where others have congregated and can lend their wisdom on this lifestyle.

Will continue my research with this WOE until Day 30. I hope to get some good results!
72.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
