Daughter’s last day in town yesterday ( for awhile) and we had pizza and Ray&Jerry’s ice cream as a treat. All very yummy but the there were consequences today. - the carbohydrates.... hydrated into poundage!

68.5 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
