Day 15, Week 3 of Lectin Free Diet!

Weight stopped moving again, but could be due to me eating more "snacks". I think it will level out and by Day 30 I will have lost another 3-5 lbs (around 155), which is okay with me.

Am enjoying the recipes and new foods for the most part. Looking at recipes for how to maintain integrity but tweak some after I complete this 30-Day Challenge. Not going off lectin free, just adding in some foods I can tolerate to suit my taste buds. I already have some of Dr. Gundry's recipes etched in my brain (so good!), but will make them my own lectin free recipes when I get to Phase 3 for Life.
