Ouch, too much refrigerator activity 😂😇

Oh well, another week ahead!!

Did some SA weights today, to include Curls, Banded lat pulls, timed pushups & reverse lunges.

Finished with:
• 50 side thrusts
• 50 Lateral Lunges
• 50 Squat Jumps
• 50 lying leg raises


Let’s start the week with some enthusiasm!!
76.3 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
