A big celebration for my granddaughter's 18th birthday. Such a fun day with lots of food that was so delicious! I tried not to overeat and I only ate a little sliver of birthday cake. I did not take my water pill yesterday for obvious reasons. I'm up 1 lb today. Tqhat's okay, it'll be gone tomorrow.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
