1st June 20. I fell of the wagon yet again but starting today I will e doing Intermittent Fasting 16:8 incorporating healthier eating.
99.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
