Fasting BG 92, BP 107/73!! Woot woot!! All on diet without my insulin and BP meds. 👏🏻😊 Just a little over a week and I’m finding the logging is so helpful. It allows me to see the effect the foods I eat have on my blood sugar. Yesterday was a great day... got to visit with a couple of friends with a fabulous dinner, I got my blinds hung. Now I need to find the paint to touch up the wall before I hang my curtains. I’ll plan I’m getting that done sometime this week, hopefully. I hope everyone enjoys their Sunday!
