Another 1.8lbs this week! It is crazy how consistent weight loss is after you get into a groove of eating healthy/less junk on a daily basis. Didn't exercise this week. Work on that...
81.2 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
