I cant believe I actually made it too my goal. I could cry right now. my weightloss journey started out for completely wrong reasons..... I was in a relationship with someone I truly thought I was going to marry and one day he took me on a walk and said he just couldn't handle the thought of "being trapped in a relationshi that pcouldn't satisfy him physically" because of my weight. I was devastated. I made poor decisions, crashed dieted etc. and nothing worked. I began a real journey to healthy weightloss only last October, and I am amazed how for I've come. there was a time I thought being 160 was impossible.... and even now I sometimes feel way way way insufficient. it has been a lonely road, but I am having to learn how to accept who God created me to be... even if it isn't status quo. I'm 5' 8" and super happy that I've come this far. what a milestone in my journey!
