Turns out eating what I planned to eat and nothing more actually works... who knew!!!
66.4 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know! I have a couple of cheerleaders right now and we text every day- helping. That and I worked on it for months before I was able to stick with it for a whole week straight.
