I have now lost 8 kgs i less than three weeks! I am amazed how well this is working. I have no problem keeping it up when the weight falls off mee like this. This is soooo neat!
Today I put away my size 50 pants, and pulled out my 48s. Guess what. They are actually lose. 46, here I come! Life is good!
146.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 61.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I decided to let completely go today. I had so much fun, I did not care - and I still do not care. I am home now, same evening, and I am already back on track. Will go massive low on cals tomorrow, veggie soup for dinner and all. Life is GREAT!
