Good day before going back to the grind. Woke up hitting the ground running. Ran a few errands and spent the rest of the day with a friend ... mani pedis. Feel human again. 😎 For my records, fasting BG at 96...a small jump in weight... not sure why but not stressing it. I hope y’all had a great Memorial Day too! ✌🏻
