Day 7 yesterday was good for food, but had lots of pain in standing and prepping my week's food, so I only did what I needed for today, Monday. My back pain was so bad by day's end, I resorted to lidocaine pain patches before I went to bed. Was trying not to take any Advil--bad for my lectin free diet.

Today, Monday, pain has subsided a little, but know tomorrow I will schedule chiropractor, and hope that with two visits this week this back pain and headache will go away. Looking forward to Week 2 meals on lectin free diet!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
