I am down another 200g! Yesterday I had excellent food, my usual eggs/rye bread/ham/cheese breakfast, 2nd breakfast at work (rye bread w/cheese), a HUGE salad for lunch and road beef with carrots, spinach and LOTS of garlic! Today is my birthday - we are going to Ikea for a little shopping. I will try hard to make all the right choices. I know I can do it. Life is good. :)
