Made very bad food choices tonight... pizza 🍕! Ate 6 slices of a large pizza. I just got discouraged with my weight and copped out instead of staying the course and making the next right food choice. I’m going to make better choices for tonight and tomorrow... no excuses.
135.4 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 67.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
