I have been watching my calories as opposed to watching my carbs lately and it seems to work a little better for me. I have more flexibility and my stomach doesn't hurt as much as it used to. I am happy that it feels a little better now too. No more gut wrenching stomach aches like I used to have when I was only eating the Atkins way....I guess some things work for some people and other things work for others:)
69.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 5.1 kg a Week
