Went up .2 pounds. It's not the end of the world. It's better than up 2 pounds but I want to be consistently losing. I'm going to watch the cheat meals and amp up exercise this week.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
