Today was a tough day with aerobics and walking exercise. Several times I wanted to quit but I dug down deep and kept going. Besides, I got to reward myself with a homemade whole wheat pita pepperoni pizza. However, I'm up 0.8 lbs but I'm not gonna get discouraged. You guys inspire me to keep going. Thank you all.
140.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 73.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
