Realizing I might be in perimenopause which explains a lot about some of my symptoms and also why it’s been the hardest to lose this time around. It’s amazing how much hormones play a role in everything. At least I’m still able to lose even though it’s modest compared to what I used to be able to lose doing the same things in the past.
96.0 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m “at that age”. Just entering. Do all the right stuff but seeing little results. It can get discouraging but I need to keep pushing through. Good luck to you
