I’ve only been weighing myself at doctors appointments and thought I had one today but it’s not til next week, so I weighed at home. And I hit my goal that I wanted to be at by this time! So excited! So next weeks dr appointment goal will be 143.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
