so I wanted to eat boiled shrimp at lunch. I made a bunch to have on hand for snacking on. I was going to eat 18; buy I decided 12 was plenty. I went to enter it and found out it was only 166 calories for l2! So, I ate 8 for dinner, then I ate 8 more when I got bored about 10 pm
57.1 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
