Well I took a really long break from 100% strict dieting and dieted some days and not most and here I am 5 pounds heavier. Needless to say I am back and setting getting under 160 as my first goal!
76.1 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
